These conditions are applicable to all sales concluded with the hotel Le Bellevue, 695 route du revard 73100 trévignin. As a result, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to respect them.
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time, and the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the reservation is made.
ARTICLE 1- PRICES
The prices indicated are in euros and include VAT, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the reservation. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically passed on to the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
Rates are per room for the number of people indicated, and according to the period selected.
Some services may be subject to a supplement and may be subject to possible modifications without notice, in no way engaging the responsibility of the hotel.
No stay booked before the establishment of a possible promotional offer will be subject to reimbursement, even partial.
ARTICLE 2- RESERVATIONS AND MEANS OF PAYMENT
Reservations can be made on the websites www.hotelaixlesbains.com and www.logishotels.com by telephone, e-mail or post, or on our partner websites.
The reservation will only be effective if the latter is guaranteed by the customer, either by communicating a credit card number with expiry date, or by payment of a deposit, and after receipt of a detailed reservation confirmation.
Payment for all services will be made directly to the hotel (exceptions made for reservations prepaid at the time of booking).
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event that the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete. Your credit card will in no case be debited from the account except in the case where the validity date of the credit card is prior to the date of arrival, or if it is a single-use card with expiration date.
Reservations regardless of their origins will be payable in euros only.
The Hotel Le Bellevue accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, as well as payments in cash, checks or holiday vouchers.
The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so that Le Bellevue cannot be held liable in this regard.
ARTICLE 3 – FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure means any event external to the parties that is both unpredictable and insurmountable, which prevents the customer from carrying out the trip, from performing all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. This will be the case in particular with regard to strikes by means of transport, hotel staff, government or public riots, or death.
ARTICLE 4- MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF STAY
Any modification or cancellation of reservation must be the subject of a request by email to hotelbellevue.trevignin@orange.fr or by telephone at +33 4 79 61 48 32.
The request will only become effective when the hotel Le Bellevue has confirmed its acceptance in writing.
In case of modification or cancellation of stay, the following conditions apply:
- For any reservation confirmed by credit card. The cancellation period without charge is 7 days before the arrival date. For cancellations within 7 days, 30% of the reservation amount will be charged. For a cancellation within 48 hours, the totality of the stay will be debited.
- For any reservation confirmed by payment of a deposit. . According to article 1590 of the civil code, the deposit is not refunded in the event of cancellation, even in the event of force majeure.
- Any stay started is entirely due.
For reservations made via the website of our partners, the cancellation must be made via this site.
In the event of an extension of stay, the customer must notify the hotel reception by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest, in order to find out about availability.
ARTICLE 5- THE HOTEL AND THE SERVICES
The child breakfast rate applies to children up to and including 12 years old.
We accept animals with a supplement of 11 € / day, but any damage caused by them (bad smells, or damage), will be charged to you! Also, all our rooms are non-smoking, in the event of non-compliance with this rule, we reserve the right to charge you a supplement for the damage incurred.
The rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the period from May 1 to October 1; and between 5.30 p.m. and 8 p.m., for the period from March 1 to May 1 and from October 1 to November 30. They must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. A supplement may be charged if the maximum departure time is not respected. In case of arrival after 8:00 p.m., the reception must be notified
The customer accepts and undertakes to use the room as a good father. Also, any behavior contrary to morality and public order will lead the hotelier to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or without any refund if payment has already been made.
ARTICLE 6-CONSUMER MEDIATION

ARTICLE 7- COMPUTER AND FREEDOM
In application of the law 78-17, known as data processing and freedoms, the customers are informed that their reservation is the subject of a computerized nominative treatment. Users have a right to access and rectify the data entered, which is exercised at the head office: SARL TRAVERSAZ&FILS, 11 rue de Chambéry 73105 Aix-Les-Bains cedex. It is specified that this information is not communicated to third parties.
The hotel Le Bellevue offers wifi internet access. The user client undertakes that the computer resources made available to him will not be used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright, by a related right such as texts, photographic images, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights provided for in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code when this authorization is required.
Le Bellevue has a video surveillance system in the common areas of the building as well as in the car park.
ARTICLE 8 – IMAGE RIGHTS
During your stay at the hotel, we may ask for your consent to be photographed Once your consent has been given, we may use the photographs for any public screening, advertising, press, social networks, website, electronic publications, postcards, or even decorative objects.
Hotel Le Bellevue is expressly prohibited from exploiting the photographs likely to infringe the privacy or reputation of the person(s) photographed, nor from using the photographs that are the subject of said authorization on any support of a pornographic, racist, xenophobic nature or any other harmful exploitation. The hotel will provide the person(s) photographed with proof of each publication, available on request.
By giving his/her authorization, the person(s) photographed confirm(s) that his/their authorization is given knowingly without compensation. The model(s) thus demonstrate(s) their interest in and support for the work of the hotel restaurant Le Bellevue. They will not be able to claim any remuneration due to the use of the images produced.
ARTICLE 9 – RESPONSIBILITIES
The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to items belonging to customers during their stay.
The customer will be held responsible for any damage, any degradation, any act of vandalism which could occur because of the occupation of the premises and/or because of the participants and/or the staff for whom he is responsible, both movable, decorative and real estate belonging or not to the hotel. As a result, the hotel Le Bellevue can therefore ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any reimbursement of the current stay, and to reimburse the damage caused by these acts.
ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is the case for the rules of substance as well as for the rules of form. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will fall under the jurisdiction of travel tourism mediation, and/or the French courts.
